Returns & Exchanges
Zuffel.com will only refund or exchange products that were directly purchased on Zuffel.com. The merchandise MUST BE undamaged, unsoiled, unwashed, un-carried, and free of stains and must include the original, attached handtags. Zuffel.com does not give Price Adjustments.
- Return for refund within: 15 calendar days upon the receipt of your product
- Return for replacement: 15 calendar days upon the receipt of your product
- Restocking Fee: Yes, the restocking fee is 15% of the original purchased price unless there is a manufacturer's defect. In the case of manufacturer's defect there is no restocking fee.
Credit Cards: Refunds will be applied to original credit card used at the time of purchase within 3-5 business days after the item has been received by the warehouse.
Shipping: Shipping costs will only be refunded on returns due to defective merchandise. Shipping will not be refunded on returns due to personal dislikes. Zuffel.com will only refund and exchange products that has been received in our warehouse location. Packages lose in the mail will not be refunded or exchanged. If you received FREE SHIPPING on your original order, you will be refunded the merchandise amount minus our shipping and handling costs.
- Sale Items Return Policy: Sale items can not be refunded, exchanged, replaced or returned. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.
- Style no longer available: If you purchased a product no longer available on Zuffel.com you may return the product for a refund. In a case of an exchange, a product of equal value may be ordered.
- Items left in the bags: Please check the bags before shipping it back to our warehouse location. Zuffel.com is not responsible for returning any personal items left in the bags.
- Gift Items: Gifts can not be refunded they may be exchanged. Zuffel.com will only exchange the gift if original hangtags are attached and the product has not been washed or worn. In the event that the style being returned is no longer available for exchange, a product of equal value may be substituted instead.
If you return any merchandise to Zuffel.com without following these instructions the merchandise will not be processed and will be returned to you at your expense.
- Please contact Zuffel.com before returning any merchandise at email@example.com or call us 972-571- 0240 from 10:00 am - 2:00 p.m. CST on weekdays. We will emailing you the return address and the steps to return the merchandise. Follow the instructions in the email.
- Please print out the original email order receipt and place it in the box with the merchandise. The order number must be clearly identifiable.
- Please try to ship the merchandise back in a proper box. If the products returned are in any way damaged as the result of poor packaging they will be rejected for a refund and an exchange and will be returned to you at your expense.
